Our Policy on Refunds
While we don’t offer refunds on services, we want to assure you that we’re here to make sure you’re satisfied. If for any reason your experience didn’t match your expectations, you have options:
Speak with Our Manager: We encourage open communication. Reach out to our manager, who will listen to your feedback and help guide the next steps.
Enjoy the Flexibility of Choice: One of the great benefits of visiting a salon with a large team is having the option to try a different Artist, should you feel another approach would better capture your vision.
Re-Touches or Adjustments: You’re welcome to return at any time for a re-touch or re-do. We’re here to make any tweaks necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
Salon Gift Cards Available: If you’ve tried another Artist and still feel we didn’t quite get it right, we can provide a salon gift card, which can be used toward future services.
Late Policy: Your time is valuable! We kindly request you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may provide you with excellent service and respect your time. Appointments are held up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request at least 24 hours to cancel any appointments. All on-location services and extensions services require advance non-refundable deposits.
Hair Color Policy: Red Market Salon gladly offers a 100% guarantee on all color services within 7 days of service. If you are not satisfied with your color, you have 7 days to return and allow us to make sure that you are satisfied with your color. You may see the same colorist or to try another top colorist. Red Market Salon is not responsible for any color service performed outside our salon or the color/formulas brought from a previous salon. Please note; Color correction requires more than one service to achieve the desired results. In addition, color services require care and maintenance in the home. Your color specialist will recommend the home care necessary to preserve the depth and brightness of your color. We do not offer refunds, however, will provide you a credit toward another service only after consulting with a colorist upon your return. Red Market Salon specializes in providing the best color experience and we are delighted that you have chosen to book your color appointment with our esteemed team of colorists.
Color Application Policy: We are honored you have chosen our salon for your beauty needs. We kindly ask that you remove all outer garments and jewelry before color application. This ensures we keep your clothing in pristine condition. Red Market Salon is not responsible for any damage to clothing during color application. You may change into a Red Market Robe. Please ask your color assistant or receptionist who will be happy to offer one.
Christmas Eve and NYE Policy: Each year on December 24th and December 31st we require a $95 deposit for all hair bookings. This is a non-refundable deposit. We encourage all our guests to book their appointments when they are 100% sure they can make it to their scheduled appointment.
Concierge Bookings: We require credit card information for any hotel bookings. Appointment must be cancelled within 6 hours of the appointment. No-shows and cancelled appointments within 6 hours or less, are charged 50% of the service.
Personal Items/Belongings: Red Market Miami is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. We strongly recommend removing all outer garments and jewelry before any color and/or shampoo services. Red Market robes are readily available upon request.
Special Promotion: Red Market Salon is pleased to present a complimentary customized treatment when you book your next appointment via our website. Treat, condition and revitalize your hair to perfection. Our team of colorists and stylists will formulate a treatment that will transform the appearance of your hair. Valid one per guest. Our December 2024 Cancellation Policy
- If you need to reschedule please do so by contacting us 48hours or more prior to your appointment time.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling after 48hrs will be charged the full service price of the scheduled appointment.
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will also be charged 100% of the service price.
- We do not allow cancellations or rescheduling during the following days. 12/24-12/31/24

Late Policy: Your time is very valuable to us and therefore we ask that you please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time. This time frame will help us to gladly give you the best service. Your appointment is held up to ten minutes past the scheduled time.
Cancellations: We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. All on-location services (home service, event, hotel, etc.) and hair extension services require non-refundable deposits and payment in advance.
Personal Items: Red Market Miami assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost personal items. We strongly recommend removing all jewelry and outer clothing prior to receiving a color or shampoo service. Our attractive and comfortable Red Market robes are at your disposal for this purpose.

Red Market Salon specializes in providing the best color experience and we are thrilled that you have chosen to book your color appointment with our esteemed team of colorists.
Hair Color Application Guidelines: We are honored that you have selected us as your salon of choice. We ask that you please remove all accessories, jewelry, etc. prior to your color application; this will prevent your clothing or jewelry from being damaged. Red Market Salon is not responsible for any damage to your clothing or jewelry during the color application, you may change into our lab coats. Please ask our color assistants or the Receptionist, they are more than happy to assist you and provide one.
